IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that ALL fixtures be checked for damage upon receipt – in order to determine that any damage occurred prior to receipt. As our customer, it is your
responsibility to notify the carrier of damage or breakage that occurred during shipping. After you have notified the
carrier, please contact us with the information and let us know if you wish to have credit versus a replacement.
Otherwise, a replacement will be shipped. LUXURY LIGHTING must be notified of the damage WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS
OF RECEIPT if you wish to have credit or a no charge replacement. ORIGINAL CARTON, COMPLETE WITH PACKING,
MUST BE LEFT IN TACT OR CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED!!
RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE: Only new merchandise purchased within the past 60days six (6) months is returnable. Purchaser will be charged a 25% re-stocking fee and all return shipping charges. ALL MERCHANDISE WITH A FINISH OR AN ATTACHED LENSE IS NOT RETURNABLE (only white bisque and white texture do not have a finish applied). Product with a finish or with an attached lense is considered custom and not returnable, as the finishes and lenses are applied to the fixtures custom to your orders. Customized cuts or shapes are also not returnable. Large (over 25 fixtures) are also not returnable. ONCE A PURCHASE ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO LUXURY LIGHTING, THE CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE IS CONSIDERED THE CUSTOMER’S, AND WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR IT.
