Many items can ship within 5-7 business days after your order has been placed. Please call for shipping times on large orders.
IT IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED that ALL fixtures be checked for damage upon receipt – in order to determine that any damage occurred prior to receipt. As our customer, it is your
responsibility to notify the carrier of damage or breakage that occurred during shipping. After you have notified the
carrier, please contact us with the information and let us know if you wish to have credit versus a replacement.
Otherwise, a replacement will be shipped. LUXURY LIGHTING must be notified of the damage WITHIN FIVE (5) DAYS
OF RECEIPT if you wish to have credit or a no charge replacement. ORIGINAL CARTON, COMPLETE WITH PACKING,
MUST BE LEFT IN TACT OR CREDIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED!!
RETURNED GOODS AUTHORIZATION: Customer must acquire authorization from factory PRIOR to returning any
merchandise, or shipment will be refused by the factory. To receive authorization, customer must fax request to
factory, including the original invoice number, purchase order number, date received, merchandise customer wishes to
return, and reason for the return. An RGA form with an authorization number will then be faxed back to the customer.
This form requires an original signature from an authorized person and will then need to be attached to the side of one
of the cartons for return. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE must be properly packed and must be returned to Luxury
Lighting within thirty (30) days of issuance of the RGA. All RGA’s will be voided after thirty (30) days if the product has
not been returned. The RGA number must be clearly marked on the side of each carton, or the returned merchandise
will be refused by Luxury Lighting. A restocking charge of at least 25% will be charged on the return.
RETURNABLE MERCHANDISE: Only new merchandise purchased within the past 30 days is returnable. ALL
MERCHANDISE WITH A FINISH OR AN ATTACHED LENSE IS NOT RETURNABLE (only white bisque and white texture do
not have a finish applied). Product with a finish or with an attached lense is considered custom, as the finishes and
lenses are applied to the fixtures custom to your orders. Customized cuts or shapes are also not returnable. ONCE AN
ORDER HAS BEEN SUBMITTED TO LUXURY LIGHTING, THE CUSTOMIZED MERCHANDISE IS CONSIDERED
THE CUSTOMER’S, AND WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO PAY FOR IT.
Our site displays photographs that have been converted into digital images to represent the products available for purchase. Typically these images make representations of finish colors that may have variations. Many of the products that we carry are hand finished and may have slight variations from product to product. For these types of artist products the finish may not be the same as represented in the image(s). Each piece can vary in color intensity and in the pattern it reflects. Because all computer monitors interpret color differently, we cannot guarantee that the fixture you receive will have colors that match what you viewed with your monitor.
